Refund and Transfer Policy
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our office to discuss available options.
We will do our best to address your concerns, accommodate your schedule and/ or provide you a refund.
Refunds are not provided after the 2nd class.
Shuttlestars Badminton Society reserves the right to refuse a refund or transfer at any time and at their discretion.
Class Transfers
Please contact our office if you wish to transfer to a program of equal or lesser value.
Transfers may not be possible after the 1st class however we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Program Cancellation Policy
Shuttlestars Badminton requires minimum registration to be met in order for each program or camp to run.
Participation numbers may fluctuate and minimum registration requirements are assesses 1 week before the start of each program or camp.
Shuttlestars Badminton Society may cancel programs or camps at our discretion, and we will do our best to offer an alternative that suits the participant’s needs.
Missed Class / Rescheduling Policy
Rebates and refunds will not be issued if you miss a class.
If you know you will miss a class, you may notify your instructor in advance.
We will try to reschedule you into a make-up class if availability permits, but we cannot guarantee make-up classes will be available.
